Alora, Stock Development’s newest luxury rental community located on the southeast corner of Livingston Road and Veterans Memorial Boulevard in the highly sought-after area of north Naples, is approaching the 50 percent rental mark.
“It was in January when we first launched the community,” said Catherine Traxis, asset manager at Stock Luxury Apartment Living, a division of stock development. “In six weeks we have reached 100 leases. Now, I am pleased to report that we have 145 rental residences. This is an incredible testament to this community’s ideal location, wide range of residential offerings and amazing amenities package, both inside and outside the club.”
Allura’s 145 leases now mean the luxury condo community is at 48% leasehold, with Allura comprising 304 residences.
According to Turksis, the first tenants began moving into their new homes in mid-April. As of Monday, May 9, nearly 10 percent of housing was occupied.
Allura’s first completed apartment building overlooks the ultra-comfortable clubhouse and pool courtyard on the resort level, which will feature a massive infinity-pool with lap walkways, a spacious sun deck with lounge, private cabanas, three grill stations and a bonfire.
Inside the 18,000-square-foot clubhouse, residents will enjoy everything they can expect from Stock Luxury Apartment Living – and more.
Some of these amenities include a movie theatre, experimental kitchen, residents lounge, sports bar, full-size bowling alley, game and cards room, conference room, and business center with resident access 24 hours.
Perhaps the busiest part of the club is the 3,000 square foot fitness center. It will include state-of-the-art weight training and cardio equipment with virtual training programs and a playroom for young children.
Nearby is an oversized covered veranda, plenty of space, dog parks for small and large pets, a community garden and a walking/biking trail around the lake.
“Due to the huge number of popular amenities and carefully selected amenities that are located throughout the community, we have been able to attract a broad demographic of the population,” noted Trakis. “Everyone from young single professionals to middle-aged couples with and without children, to active retirees are discovering that the perfect life awaits them at Allura.”
Allura is a private, gated, pet-friendly community that features 3-story buildings with elevators. The beautifully designed 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments will be available in a variety of floor plan options.
One-bedroom/one-bathroom plans range from 784 to 838 square feet. Two-bedroom/two-bathroom plans range from 1,096 to 1,167 square feet. The three-bedroom/two-bathroom plans are either 1,363 or 1,373 square feet.
Inside the apartment homes, residents will enjoy 9-foot-4-inch ceilings, modern wood floors, spacious wardrobes, balconies and patios, high-speed internet, smart lock technology, and thoughtfully designed kitchens with large islands including USB charging ports.
In addition, every home will feature energy-efficient stainless steel appliance collections including flat ranges, side-by-side refrigerators, built-in beverage/wine coolers, solid wood shaker-style cabinets, quartz countertops, and farmhouse style lower sinks.
Allura’s monthly rentals start at less than $2,000.
