Season 14 of Apex Legends brings exciting new content to the game, including Vantage, an overhaul of Kings Canyon, and a new Laser Sight facility.
While some may be disappointed to hear that Season 14 won’t bring a new weapon, there are a variety of changes coming to the game to bring excitement to the definition of both Legends and Weapons.
In addition to the change to the Care Package pistols, the developers are also bringing buffs and nerfs to the existing content. Having said that, let’s get into the details of all the buffs and legends who come to Weapons and Legends in Season 14.
Apex Legends Legends increases the power and strength of performance
At the moment, there is no official news regarding buffs and nerfs for Legends in Season 14. However, as soon as the patch notes become available for the new season, we will update this section with all relevant information, so stay tuned.
Respawn has previously stated in the past that Season 14 will bring a drastic change to the profile, so characters like Valkyrie and Gibraltar will probably receive nerfs, while lower pick-rate Legends like Newcastle and Revenant will get healthy buffs.
We’ll have to wait to see what these changes will look like once the official patch notes are released.
Apex Legends Weapon Buffs & Buffs
Although patch notes have not been released, we do have information on some weapon changes.
Wingman & Spitfire
The 14th season of Apex Legends will bring massive changes to Wingman and Spitfire, both of which are considered very powerful weapons.
- Wingman now takes Sniper ammo and accessories
- Spitfire is now a light weapon
EVA-8 will get a boost in Season 14, after it’s been a bit off the past two seasons. The developers decided to increase the production of EVA-8 with a better firing rate and stronger attachments that it could use.
- Increase the rate of fire
- The bolt attachment is more effective in increasing the rate of fire
- Stock . attachment can now be used
- Double-Tap Hop-Up is back
Arc Bocek & Rampage
The Bocek and Rampage arc will be in the sponsorship package for Season 14, which means they’ll get buffs to reflect their legendary rarity.
Volt and G7
This has returned Volt and G7 to land loot, so expect these weapons to be downgraded to pre-care package status.
Wingman, Longbow, 30-30 Cleansing TonicWhile this isn’t a direct weapon boost, the Skullpiercer Hop-Up will return in Season 14, which means that viable weapons will receive a headshot multiplier if they can find the Hop-Up.
This is the first time the Skullpiercer has been available for the 30-30 Repeater, and it’s a really powerful weapon. This can push a 30-30 repeater over the edge, making this a great force for the weapon.
That’s it for fans of Apex Legends Season 14. For more information, check out what the developers have to say about the new Apex Legends gift system in the works.
