As part of the first phase of the project, Georgetown and RocaPoint have reimagined the current Gold Kist headquarters into a five-story, Class A building with a two-story heavy timber addition. Featuring 15-foot ceilings, private outdoor terraces, balcony space, and 90,000 square feet of expansive floorboards that emphasize natural daylight and fresh air, Campus 244 offers open, modern workspaces featuring biophilic elements.
