The 15-storey high-rise, Aura in Metropolitan Naples, which houses 56 luxury residences atop a number of notable businesses including restaurants, convenience stores and office space, is downtown Naples’ newest and most sought-after residential feel.
Ed Gonzalez, sales manager for the project, said that Aura has become an extremely popular place to live for a number of reasons – one of which is its stunning location.
“The Aura at Metropolitan Naples is located on a 5.3-acre lot at the intersection of Fifth Avenue South and Davis Boulevard, just a short walk or bike ride to downtown Naples,” Gonzalez commented. “It also reaches 160 feet in the sky, which means its rooftop amenities offer great views of the Gulf of Naples, the Gulf of Mexico, and downtown itself.”
The tower’s high-rise location was a major factor in Tom’s decision to buy there, including the convenience of his boat across the street in the Naples Bay Resort Marina.
Tom Petros, one of Aura’s early buyers, said the tower’s location near the marina was a major factor in the buying decision he and his wife made.
“I have had the pleasure of keeping our boat at the Naples Bay Marina Resort for several years now,” said Tom. “Owning a luxury condominium across the street would really enhance our lifestyle.”
Tom enjoys spending time on his boat at the marina, as well as inside a number of businesses that are also there on the waterfront.
“Life is about choices,” Tom said. In addition to the marina’s shops and restaurants, Aura in Metropolitan Naples will complement the area with more great shopping and dining as well. The only decision we will have to make is, do we take a short ride in the elevator for dinner or do we take the elevator down and then a short walk for dinner? Boy, it’s great to have such great choices.”
Tom is not alone in his enthusiasm regarding the perfect location for the tower. Many of his future neighbors, who are a wonderful mix of energetic people who came from as far afield as Colorado, the Midwest, and the Northeast states, think Ora is in a wonderful, wonderful place.”
“Everyone is talking about location, location, location,” Tom said. “Well, I think the Aura at Metropolitan Naples is in a great location, close to everything that makes Naples a great place to live.”
Aura’s perfect location isn’t the only factor that makes high-rises popular. It is also the beautiful tower design and all the amazing amenities in it.
“The Aura features the highest pool in the downtown area and is the only sky pool of its kind for miles,” Gonzalez commented. “From the Aura deck, our residents and their guests will also enjoy the stunning views of downtown Naples, the beautiful reflective waters of the Gulf of Naples and the blue and white waves of the Gulf of Mexico.”
However, the infinity pool isn’t the only rooftop amenity. Those who love to exercise will also love the state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio. High above the ground and offering great views through floor-to-ceiling glass windows, residents will enjoy working out on premium fitness equipment, practicing the most demanding yoga or relaxing, from an ideal perspective.
Also, just steps away from the infinity pool, there is another amazing amenity – an outdoor lounge and bar, the perfect place to relax and watch the amazing Naples sunset.
The amenities of the Aura on the fifth floor also capture the imagination of future residents. They include indoor and outdoor resident lounges, an outdoor spa, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue area, a seating area with fire pits, a large golf course, a luxurious overnight guest suite, a business center and conference room.

Aura features a mix of beautifully designed two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, many with a den. Prices range from $2 to over $6 million.
The residences feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows and balcony doors, options in porcelain and wood floors, wine walls and dampened columns for every layout, luxurious custom wardrobes, gorgeous rooms designed to maximize outside views, outdoor living areas with barbecue stations and two secure garage spaces for each residence.
Chef-inspired kitchens include a large workstation, dining islands, and the latest appliances like Wolfe gas stoves and Sub-Zero refrigeration.
All owner’s suites feature expansive views, large walk-in wardrobes, luxurious bathrooms with their own sinks, private water closets, large walk-in showers and separate bathtubs.
Gonzalez noted, “Aura’s floor plans are designed to entertain family and friends, both indoors and out on the terraces.”
In addition to a number of residences, penthouses are also available.
One is located on the 15th floor of the Aura and is known as Penthouse 2.
The three-bedroom plus two-din/three-and-a-half bath home has a total of 3,365 square feet of under-air space, plus two terraces. One terrace is outside the owner’s suite and the other opens the living room and kitchen area to the outdoors. This is convenient because this terrace is where you will find the outdoor grill.
Other highlights of the plan include a chef-inspired kitchen with a large island, luxury cabinets, Wolfe gas stoves and a stylish Sub-Zero refrigerator, guest suites with private bathrooms, and a large laundry room with state-of-the-art technology. Washer and dryer, main bathrooms with private water closet, shower and separate bathtub.

The other penthouse available is located on the stunning 5th floor of the tower and is just steps away from the amenities mentioned earlier.
5th floor penthouses have balconies totaling 1,526 square feet. Add that to the residence itself, which measures 3,768 square feet under the air, and the total living space of the available penthouse comes to 5,304 square feet.
The stunning landscaped Penthouse 5 terrace, with a number of seating and barbecue areas, is accessible from the residence’s living room, kitchen and owner’s suite, and offers incredible views of heaven from three different sides of the house.
The terrace itself wraps almost the entire length of the exterior of the penthouse. One can walk from the owner’s suite to the formal living room and never take a step inside.”
“This is just one of the special features of the amazing plan. There is another type of shower in the owner’s suite – one inside and one outside,” Gonzalez noted. “The shower outside is lusciously landscaped for privacy, like those available in some of the luxury tropical resort suites.”
Penthouse 5, $4.9 million.
