One Rangers Way: A look at a resort-style apartment community

One Rangers Way will become one of the most luxurious resort-style condominiums in the country with over 43,000 square feet of utility space.

Arlington, TX – Arlington will arrive in Arlington, a new upscale 300-unit resort-style condominium.

Dubbed “One Rangers Way,” this project is located in the heart of the Arlington Entertainment District near Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium and AT&T Stadium.

Texas Rangers and Cordish Companies announced new details for the residential community on Friday, adding to the new development momentum in the area that began with the opening of Texas Live! in 2018.

One Rangers Way is located on the Nolan Ryan Expressway adjacent to Choctaw Stadium and the National Medal of Honor Museum.

The project adds to the nearly $1 billion of new development currently under construction in the entertainment district that includes the Loews Arlington Hotel and Conference Center and the National Medal of Honor Museum, which began as recently as March 25, officials said in a press release.

The 300 units at One Rangers Way will feature high-quality materials and appliances, ample ceiling heights and floor-to-ceiling windows. The building will offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses, as well as a 423-space car garage.

“The construction of One Rangers Way will add a new dimension to the ongoing development of the Arlington Entertainment District,” said Ray Davis, Texas Rangers managing partner and majority owner. This area has become a nationally famous sports and leisure destination with world-class facilities already completed and many other projects in progress. The Texas Rangers are proud to join the City of Arlington and the Cordish Companies in building this unique residential community in the heart of the entertainment district.”

Other amenities at One Rangers Way include: an expansive outdoor rest deck and green spaces, an outdoor infinity pool, indoor and outdoor leisure spaces, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, office workspaces, special resident events, concierge services and more. .

Construction on One Rangers Way will begin in the fall and the community is scheduled to open in 2024.
