Rosewood will open its first residence in Beverly Hills in 2024 – Rob reports

Rosewood moves to the hottest block in Los Angeles with Rosewood Residence Beverly Hills.

Not only is this residential development the first ever Rosewood flag in Los Angeles, it is also the first free-standing Rosewood Residences to be completed in the United States. Scheduled to open in 2024, there will be only 17 residential units, starting at $9 million. Although the residential development is not associated with the hotel, owners can still benefit from round the clock service and facilities similar to the hotel’s lifestyle. Amenity spaces include a resort-like rooftop pool, spa, outdoor lounge area, fitness center, private dining rooms, and a restaurant exclusive to the owners. There is also a dedicated Rosewood Residential team capable of creating unique experiences for residents and customized services that are so revered for Rosewood. For those with multiple homes, Rosewood will also manage every aspect of the owner’s home while they are away.

Rosewood has an aggressive expansion plan for its hotel and residential offerings. Other standalone residential offerings, which have been announced but will be completed after Beverly Hills, include Florida detached residences Lido Key and Naples. Arora says Rosewood has seen a massive increase in demand for hotel-branded lodgings for privatized experiences, exclusive amenities, and personalized services.

“People want to enjoy this kind of living every day, not just while staying in a hotel or resort,” he says. “For us, our presence in the residential space has always been a natural extension of the Rosewood Hotels & Resorts brand, which began by transforming a private mansion into an award-winning hotel and restaurant, Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, just over forty years ago.”

Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills is located at 9900 Santa Monica Boulevard in the Beverly Hills, close to popular hotels, great restaurants, and shopping. Rosewood worked with developers Nahla Capital and GPI firms on the project.
