Back when Miley Stewart (Miley Cyrus) and Michaela Sketch (Selena Gomez) were hitting each other over the foldable phone on “Hannah Montana,” we never imagined Disney stars would get an unintended crossover at IRL 15 years later. Since her days as pop star Hannah, Gomez has found a new passion with her cooking series, “Selena + Chef,” which premiered in 2020. On August 3, HBO Max released the trailer for Gomez’s fourth season, and fans scrambled. to discover its connection to the days of Disney.
“Hey, everyone. Join me on the beach in Selena + Chef season 4,” Gomez said in the trailer, followed by clips of the “Homicide in Building” star trying her hand at various culinary creations with directions for a few more. Acclaimed Chefs.While the series typically takes place in Gomez’s kitchen in her Los Angeles home, season four is set on the beach in the same house that was once the home of Hannah/Miley in “Hannah Montana.”

For viewers of “Big Little Lies,” a Cape Cod-style property located at 30760 Broad Beach Rd. In Malibu, it may be three times familiar, having been used as the home of Madeleine Martha Mackenzie (Reese Witherspoon) on both seasons of the drama. According to a listing on the Malibu Luxury Vacation Homes website, the 6,000-square-foot home includes seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a whirlpool, a 950-square-foot guest house, and, of course, a chef’s kitchen with an open view.
The fully-equipped catering kitchen also includes three ovens, dishwashers, two sinks, stainless steel appliances, and a wine cellar. For those interested, the house is available for rent for vacations, retreats, family reunions and more for $3,000-$5,000 per night.
We may not be booking a stay anytime soon, but we can still definitely appreciate the view of this Malibu Palace from afar.
