Sopra Steria moves into innovative new offices in 22,000 square meters of latitude Générale Continentale Investissements.

With large lateral floor slabs and strong environmental credentials, the building fulfilled Sopra Steria’s specific requirements for an integrated and flexible working environment appropriate to the expectations of the new workplace and those of the talent it occupies.

The architects at STUDIOS Architecture have designed flowing strips along the facade of Latitude, creating an organic, horizontal identity that adds dynamism to the area’s traditional vertical landscape. Its strategic location overlooking the Ring Road and its inclusive and eco-friendly design have established Latitude as a new urban landmark and an integral part of the renovation of Paris-La Défense.

The interior design of the Supra Stria was created by Atelier Annie Vettebon. The lobby of the striking, transparent, two-storey building opens onto a new tree-lined plaza. Other natural areas include a Japanese-inspired “pocket garden,” a ground-floor terrace, and expansive green rooftops.

The interconnected modular spaces on the ground floor give the feel of an open street in the Parisian style. Designed by London-SHH Interiors, Prepline Catering Consultancy and F&B Operator, Baxter Story, This park offers diverse and ever-changing food and beverage options, as well as other innovative employee services.

With versatility at its heart, the Atrium Bar, Food Hall, Grab & Go, Salad Bar, Brasserie, Coffee Bar and pop-up shop offer lunchtime seating as well as multi-purpose, event spaces to encourage informal meetings and support a culture of collaborative work.

This original concept has received a Titan Property award in three categories: platinum in the property development category, and gold for both commercial redevelopment/renovation and office development.

Latitude also aims to qualify for the most demanding French and international green marks and certifications, including HQE Outstanding, BREEAM Excellent, Effinergie+ and Wiredscore Platinum. Choosing an energy-efficient facade and facilities reduces consumption per square meter by two-thirds, reflecting GCI’s ongoing and passionate commitment to sustainability.
