Sur La Table, the beloved cookware brand that originated from the West, is hugely celebrating 50 years of stylish kitchenware. The pioneering kitchen brand first opened its doors in 1972 inside the Pike Place Market in Seattle and now boasts 20 brick-and-mortar locations in more than 20 states across the U.S. To celebrate this milestone, Sur La Table is launching three highly anticipated launches Extremely combined with epic discounts of up to 50%.
First and foremost, there’s a new content hub, cleverly dubbed Lid & Ladle, which serves as a one-stop digital destination for all your food, recipes, and entertainment. As for the name, it’s a comical nod to the basics of going typical when preparing a dish. Second, and just as important, Sur La Table has launched a limited-edition four-piece set of spoons, beanbags, cups, and dish towels, all featuring a watercolor illustration of the original Pike Place storefront.
Sur La Table didn’t stop at two exciting launches, though. There’s also a mega sale featuring 13 items, priced at $19.72, to honor the year Sur La Table was founded. In addition, there is a variety of items up to half. We covet this double glazed mug and olive wood salt tumbler set.

Jordan Voloshin, CEO of Sur La Table, said in a statement: “As we begin our 50th year in business, we reflect on the evolution of our brand over the past five decades. Our commitment to a simple idea has remained the same ever since. We first opened our doors At Pike Place Market in Seattle in 1972: Make good food. Invite people. Do it daily.”
The woman who inspired the simple logo of the thriving brand? Sur La Table founder Shirley Collins initially partnered with chefs and kitchen brands to deliver on her promise of quality food. And if you’ve ever taken one of Sur La Table’s 60,000 cooking classes by one of the brand’s resident chefs, you know what Collins means—especially the “making good food” part.
Make sure to check out the launch and clearance event, but hurry up! We don’t expect witches to be in stock for long.
