Fans might have better luck renting Taylor Swift’s famous home on Cornelia Street in New York City than scoring tickets to her Iras Tour, which has resold for a whopping $22,000.
The Post has learned that the charming four-bedroom, seven-bathroom West Village property at 23 Cornelia Street is up for rent at $45,000 per month.
Swift, 32, lived at home in 2016 while doing renovations to her townhouse in nearby Tribeca.
This temporary home gained notoriety when Swift wrote a song called “Cornelia Street” on her seventh studio album, Lover. The tune reflects on her memories of living on the property during the beginning of her relationship with actor Joe Alyon.
Features include dramatic double height ceilings, three gas fireplaces and hardwood floors throughout. Perfect for an A-lister, the home also includes a garage for privacy — as well as an indoor pool that measures approximately 30 feet by 15 feet and is 5.5 feet deep.
Furthermore, there is also a rooftop terrace with a gabled roof structure and open views of Midtown Manhattan.
Spanning approximately 5,500 square feet, the home was built in 1899. More than a home, it was first used as a carriage house in 1870, according to the listing.
On the first level is the swimming pool. Meanwhile, the second level includes a living room with beamed ceilings, blonde Russian ibe wood floors, leaded glass windows and a wood-burning fireplace with marble hearth, the listing adds.
The kitchen features a Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine fridge, Fisher & Paykel double-drawer dishwasher, and granite counters. Opening to dining area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking backyard views of West Village. To the front of this floor is a bedroom/home office with full bathroom facing Cornelia Street.
On the third floor, there are two bedroom suites each with their own balcony. The master bedroom features high ceilings, a walk-in closet and a gorgeous marble bathroom with a skylight shower. The terrace has its own outdoor lounge with a gas fireplace.
Lawrence Carty, Erin Low, and Jennifer Rahili with Corcoran round out the list.
