Here is a list of the 10 most expensive homes sold during the month of April in Winnebago and Boone counties.

601 Hunter Road, Caledonia

This 6,220-square-foot home sits on over 30 acres and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The house sold for $705,000 on April 21.

This home, located at 1013 Brandywine Estates Drive in Belvidere, sold for $600,000 on April 18.
