The second autopsy report stated that Depanhi was sexually assaulted and murdered

A second autopsy of Depanhe Escobar revealed that the girl had been sexually assaulted before she was repeatedly hit on the head, which would have led to the trauma that caused her death.

Documents from the Nuevo Leon Public Prosecutor’s Office obtained by El Pais indicated that the young woman may have been a victim of sexual violence inside the Nueva Castilla motel since expert work concluded that Depanhe had died before she fell into the tank in which she was found.

Previously, the state authorities had revealed that there was no water inside Dipanhi’s lungs, so the possibility was opened that the young woman fell into the body of water alive, which will be ruled out after the second autopsy.

Relatives of Aldebanhi continue their own investigations to clarify the circumstances that led to the death of the young woman, which is carried out in parallel with the actions of the state prosecutor’s office.

Mario Escobar, Debanhi’s father, has asked to meet President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador in a private meeting next Friday, May 13, as the president travels to Nuevo Leon on a business tour.

The President announced at the morning press conference that he is ready to meet Mario Escobar if he arrives at the place where the President will speak in the state.

On May 11, Mario Escobar announced the results of a search that the authorities of Nuevo Leon had conducted for more than 17 hours inside the facilities of the Nueva Castilla Hotel, focusing on the examination of room 174 of the hotel.

And the father of the young woman announced, through a video clip posted on his own YouTube channel, that the review conducted at the institution concluded around six in the morning on Wednesday, May 11, and began around noon the previous day.

Mario Escobar reported that authorities found more surveillance cameras after searching, and that their recordings would be reviewed upon request; But he did not specify where they are in the area.

Dabanhi’s father confirmed that undisclosed sources informed him of the existence of security cameras that had not been considered before in the case, reports he wished he had discovered beforehand.

A ruling that “no line of investigations into the Susana Depanhe Escobar Pazalda case will be closed until they prove to me otherwise,” which “I demand that the Office of the Prosecutor do its job, and I demand that the jurisdiction agency do its job.”

He also expressed his support for the relatives of more disappeared women in the state, such as Maria Fernanda and Yolanda Martin Z, as he demanded that “the Depanhi case be resolved and not to be repeated with the others; I sympathize with other parents who have gone through this. We will not stop nor take our fingers off the line.” .

Escobar stressed that he will continue to seek to clarify the circumstances of his daughter’s death, as he seeks to do so for the social good and for Decpanhe, who “sends him so many messages from heaven that she is fine and calm, I won’t be until I find the truth.”
