This Dallas home near the mansion in Turtle Creek has four levels and an elevator

This Dallas home has four levels of living space, an elevator and an abundance of natural light. It is located in the “pocket” of Regents Park near the mansion in Turtle Creek. The home, located at 3520 Gillespie Street, has four bedrooms, five and a half baths and is 5,560 square feet.

The agent involved in the listing, Cindy Brunner, said it was built in 2016, so it’s newer than other homes in the neighborhood. She said the house’s many windows ensure “there is no dark spot in the house.”

“There are a lot of beautiful sight lines in the house,” Brunner said, and the Dallas skyline can be seen from the fourth-floor balcony.

The living rooms and bedrooms of the house are divided into four levels, with elevator access to each of them. The house’s garage, foyer, bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor, according to the floor plan.

The main living spaces are located on the second level. The living room and dining room have plenty of natural light and are linked by a hallway. In the living room there is a fireplace at one end and a wall of windows along the side. The dining room is located next to the living room, and the breakfast room and kitchen can be accessed nearby. The house has a simple white color palette with just a few pops of color. In the kitchen, for example, the cabinets, walls, and tiles are white, but the bookshelf at the end of the island appears blue. The countertops are granite, and the kitchen includes Wolf appliances, a farmhouse-style sink, and freezer drawers, according to the listing.

Another open-plan kitchen living space – which Brunner called “the locker room” – has a fireplace and a wall of windows. Between the storage room and the main corridor, there is a wet bar, according to the floor plan. There is also a half bathroom on the second floor.

On the third level, the house has two additional bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms and large wardrobes), a sitting room and a laundry room. There’s a wet bar in the sitting room, said Brunner.

The main suite is located on the fourth floor of the house and has its own bathroom. The basic bedroom has a fireplace, and the bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower, two toilets and two large closets. The fourth level also includes a small sitting area or reading nook with a bar, Brunner said, along with access to the outdoor veranda.
