chicken baskets, 5233-35 South Laburnum Avenue – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: The facility does not have a verifiable employee health policy; The hand basin does not contain soap; Rubber gloves and a knife were found in separate hand sinks (handwashers are for hand washing only); The hand basin in the men’s restroom does not have paper towels; Three-chamber sink sterilizer bleach less than 100ppm required; The temperature of fried rice is too low; Cooked chicken, cooked beans, and green sauce in the cold room had no signs of dates; Notice many flies all over the kitchen; Peppers and bottles of vinegar were revealed on the shelf of the cooking line; improperly stored food items on the floor both in the refrigeration compartment and in dry storage between bathrooms; The disinfectant level in the wiping cloth bucket is too high; The shelves in both the internal and external coolers are rusty; The lights are dim and insufficient on both units; a sheet of dirty cardboard on the shelf next to the pan; The front cutting board on the line is scratched and heavily stained; Found food spills at the bottom of the two-door freezer; The sides of the pan are greasy; the shelves in both coolers are dirty and dusty; The light is out under the cover of chickens on the front line; There is a hole in the ceiling outside the internal heatsink; The damaged ceiling tiles were found in the dry storage room; the floor is dirty in the dry storage room; The hood vents above the front line chicken oven are extremely dusty and greasy.

Japanese kanbai steak house, 11964 West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during routine inspection: employee note drinking without cap; Packages of raw beef improperly stored next to lettuce in a cooler near a sushi station; a package of beef is leaking blood and collecting blood under the bottom box of lettuce; The shovels on the clean dish rack have debris / food residue stuck to them; Overheating rice made last night in the walk-in; Multiple spray bottles of unclassified chemicals; Cutting boards are discolored and/or have deep dents; Equipment surfaces on the cooking line including the sides of the pan/stove and tubes are covered with grease; the surfaces of the refrigerator are smeared with residues; dusty radiator fan guards; cooler shelves have debris on them; The microwave ovens at the sushi station are dirty; The walls and ceilings throughout the kitchen are stained and strewn with dirt; the wall of the dish area under the washing machine is covered with mildew; Greasy hood filters.
eat 33, 6901 Staples Mill Road – The following violations were reported during routine inspection: Meatloaf cooked yesterday in the cold room was overheated; Burritos and sausage mix warms with vegetables and pancake mix; Several food items (tomato slices, tuna salad, salmon cake mix, egg salad) improperly covered, stacked, and in deep containers in the cold room and prep unit; Prep cutting boards are scratched and stained; The heatsink door gasket is torn off; A walking cooler does not keep foods at an appropriate temperature; Noticeable dust and food debris on countertops, counters, countertops, dry storage racks, and cup bar mats; Food residues and dry dirt are instilled into the grout on the floors; Stained ceiling tiles.

Fryer baskets are in poor condition; Containers cracked Ready-made and single cutting boards are scratched and heavily stained; Observable grease and dust residues on wire storage racks, castors of prep tables, brewing unit, fryer timer touch panels, sauce bottles, oil filter machine, and on fan grilles in the heatsink; the floors have dirt, grime and food residues on them; Roof panels and vents are dusty.
Einstein Brothers Bagels, 1368 Gaskins Road – The following violations were reported during routine inspection: No handwashing signs were displayed in the back hand basin; pink and black mold found in tube ice in the dining room soda dispenser; Food residue was observed on four clean stored spoons; Lettuce, bacon, strawberry cream cheese, and uncooked eggs warm in the prep top unit; Overlapping damp metal pans on a clean rack in the dish area; The shelves in the dry storage area are rusty; rupture of the gasket in the heatsink; There is a thick accumulation of ice on the tubes of the freezer compartment; cutting boards are severely scratched and rotted; noticeable accumulation in the microwave on the front line; Noticeable dust/debris on can surfaces in the dry storage area, on shelves and racks throughout, out of the Blentec on the front line, in a low unit on the front line, and on the soda box holder at the back of the facility; The roof hatches are dusty. The walls in the dishes and the front and prep line are stained; the presence of debris/accumulation on floors throughout the facility, especially under front-line equipment; Flooring throughout the facility has low grout; Ceiling light hoods/covers missing in back kitchen.
Ho Ho Chinese Restaurant, 10 East Laburnum Avenue – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: a bowl of raw chicken improperly stored directly over an exposed container of cooked ready-to-eat pasta; Cooked chicken wings on the counter and in the skillet basket, garlic and oil mixture on the cooking line at the wrong temperature; spraying of insecticides and insecticides improperly stored on food shelves; rodent bait in an open container; bulk containers of unclassified flour and sugar; A buildup of food residue and dry grease is observed on walls throughout the kitchen, outside the hood system and on floors below the cooking line; Dense grease buildup is observed in the hood system.
China Suntop, 5660 Brook Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: The facility does not have a certified food protection manager; The temperature of the fried rice in the rear volume is too low; Raw chicken heats up in the sink and chicken wings, cabbage, pasta, bean sprouts, garlic and oil rise on prepared surfaces because all of these items are left out; Egg, chicken and pork rolls made 2-3 days earlier do not have date marks; Large bulk boxes of sugar, flour and letter not classified; Note the rat droppings on the shelves and in the rear storage area and dead cockroaches in the mop room; There are exposed items in units and foods stored on the floor of the cold room and freezer; Old jugs were cut down and used for ladles; improperly stored frozen items in plastic grocery bags; improperly used paper rolls for attaching egg roll boxes; The facility was unable to provide test strips for a three-chamber sink; noticeable dirt on shelves throughout and dirty cardboard; Accumulation of food residues on fillings and sides of hot rice storage units; gaskets and handles of the units are sticky; Ceiling tiles in the mop area are missing; Turn off the lights in the dry storage area; The rear screen door is in poor condition; Several areas need cleaning (under the cook line, hood filters, rear dry storage area and mop room).
Chipotle Mexican Grill, 10501 West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: steak temperature in the warm unit on the cooking line is too low; super warm greens laid on ice on the line; The level of quaternary ammonium disinfectant in the three-chamber aquarium is too high; Several small flies were observed in the back of the facility where soda cans are stored; damp metal pans nested on a clean rack; the shelves on which clean utensils are stored are rusty; Decreased padding is observed at the back of the elbow.
Hams Badu and Deli, 4120-C Cox Road – The following violations were reported during routine inspection: Facility does not have written procedures to clean up vomiting/diarrhea; ketchup funnels have dark spots; dried food residues on a ladle; The lettuce overheated at the manufacturing table because it was over-packed; Salad bar, which does not keep foods at a proper temperature, is supposed to be on time control but the person in charge states that foods can be kept based on their appearance; The cutting boards in the sandwich units are stained and scratched; the surfaces of the refrigerator are smeared with residues; The chemical lines in the dishwasher and refrigerator condenser are dirty with dust; Ceiling tiles in the back kitchen are changing color.
Roman Nick balcony, 8051-A West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: The facility was unable to provide a copy of the Certified Food Protection Manager Certificate; Raw eggs are improperly stored between the ovary and the lemon box in the cold room; raw chicken improperly stored next to rice in a lower unit on the cooking line; noticeable buildup in the tea spout at the kitchen service station; Garlic and fresh ghee warm as they sit on the cooking line; Spanakopida overheating in the Lowboy unit; improperly cooled meat sauce in a deep container with a saran casing; Shredded lettuce, shredded cabbage, and chicken salad warm up; Improperly stored beer and wine boxes on the floor in the bar area; boxes of oil and canned marinara improperly stored on the floor in the storage area; torn gaskets are present in freezer units and lower units; Noticeable rust above the ice machine in the rear storage area; The facility does not have a high-temperature meter; do not heat the final rinse of the high-temperature dish machine; Find debris on shelves in the rear storage area; The shelves and fan in the setting area, the ceiling fan in the rear setting area and the ceiling light shield in the kitchen are dusty; noticeable grease/debris on the pipes behind the equipment, the outlet on the wall on the cooking line, and between the equipment on the cooking line; noticeable debris on the cart, the lower shelf where clean dishes are stored, and on the shelves in the refrigerating chamber; Grease/buildup/debris/stains on walls and floors under equipment in the cooking line and in the dry storage area; The floor of the kitchen and the floor of the rear preparatory area have a low grout; The paint on the ceiling tiles in the setting area is chipping.
